These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the platform by general users — including startups, entrepreneurs, non-practicing legal professionals, and internal legal teams. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and other applicable guidelines referenced herein. Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important provisions including a binding arbitration clause, a class action waiver, and limitations on our liability.
Introduction & Applicability
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the platform and all features, tools, content, and functionality made available through it (collectively, the “Services”) by general users, including but not limited to startups, entrepreneurs, legal professionals (non-practicing), and internal legal teams (“Users” or “You”). By accessing, registering for, or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable guidelines or policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and “You” refers to both you and that organization.

Nature of AI Services
- AI Output generated by the platform’s systems is non-deterministic and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- AI systems may produce output that is inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or fabricated (commonly referred to as “hallucinations”), even when presented in a confident or authoritative manner.
- You must not rely solely on AI Output for high-stakes legal decisions, including employment law, litigation, equity structuring, or regulatory filings, without review by a licensed legal professional.
- You acknowledge that we do not guarantee the accuracy, legal validity, currency, or completeness of any AI Output.
AI Output Verification Obligation
- You are solely responsible for independently reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI Output before relying on it, acting on it, or distributing it to any third party.
- Where AI Output references statutes, case law, citations, deadlines, or factual claims, you must verify these against authoritative primary sources.
- You assume all risk arising from your use of unverified AI Output. We bear no responsibility for decisions made on the basis of AI Output that has not been independently verified by you or a qualified professional.
